Can someone point me in the direction of a wiring diagram for these lights? I just bought S2 sports.

Red is +12V, black is ground. Or are you talking about a relay and switch? Lots of ways to skin that cat, so you'll need to offer more info on what setup you plan on (plain relay and factory style switch, or Switchpros/SPOD etc.).

When upgrading older Squadron Pro's to the new board...is the entire board replaced or just the two LEDs are swapped out for the racers?

Hey I’ve had a 30in S8 from @Baja Designs for a couple months but just found out that there is a third wire that can light some backlit LEDs? Where and how would I tap into to get it to work on my 2011?

That third wire just needs a 12v + signal from somewhere. Some guys hook it up to a switch. Some guys hook it up to the running lights (me). Some guys wire it up so the back light is on if the truck is on.

The world is your oyster. You've got to decide how you want it to function then we can help you wire it up.

Thanks for the reply! Yeah I figure I would want it like you where it’s linked up with the running lights.

I have mine hooked into the EFI fuse under the hood. That’s the only convenient switched +12v under the hood. The only con is every once in awhile that circuit is powered for a minute or two when the truck is off. I’m ok with that though, just caught me off guard the first I time I saw the lights on in the driveway.

You can get an add-a-fuse and connect that 3rd S8 wire to your "Tail" fuse under the dash (near your feet). That way it'll turn on when you turn on your lights.

Thanks for the replies! Tried to fish the wire through the firewall and got cramps so just went the EFI route.

Hey TW. Hoping for some help. I was wiring up my Baja designs S2 lights to my Tacoma. I tested them after hooking everything up and they were working fine. I unplugged some wires to that I could install them into the ditch light bracket. I try reconnecting everything and the switch no longer lights up and of course the lights don’t turn on. I tried to unplug and plug everything. The only issues I can potentially seems to find are 1 the fuse is blown (not sure how to check that) 2 one of the little female metal opening that connects to the prong of the wire seems broken. The metal is sticking out of the plastic. I have a light bar hooked up that is working fine. Let me know if you guys have any solutions. Thanks!

@Baja Designs Is it possible to get an update on an order i place almost a month ago? I've emailed customer service and they haven't responded in a week.

    Hi Tacoma Heads,

Would anyone happen to know the exact bolts used to secure the side of the Onx6 bracket into the side of the light bar? I've attached a photo of the two bolts needed, one which is longer and has an unthreaded shoulder.

I purchased an onx6+ 10" light bar and was given hardware for an S8. BD is sending me the correct brackets but on the invoice, I don't see anything about bolts so I'm anticipating not receiving. Instead of bugging them again, I'd rather just run to the hardware store and get what I need in S.S. Please let me know if you would happen to know the lengths, thread pitch and if they are metric or SAE.

    Thank you

Why not just take the bar to the hardware store so you know you’re getting exactly what you need? I wouldn’t wanna drag a 50 incher in there but 10” wouldn’t be a big deal.

That's my last option. I'd prefer to buy online as there are many more choices.

Nobody said you had to buy them. :D

Go to lowes, find what you need, leave, order whatever you please.

I can almost guarantee that they will be sending the hardware with the brackets based on previous experisnce. I'd just wait and see.
