I could maybe be down for some of what I've asked about.
Squadron XL Pros or a 10" Amber Bar

Introducing The New Cree XP-L LED | Baja Designs Blog

Continuous improvement has been at the core of Baja Designs (BD) since day one and the XP-L LED is a perfect example of that.
This new 3.45mm LED is the first commercially available single-die LED to achieve breakthrough efficacy of up to 200 lumens per watt! The XP-L will provide riders with increased lighting distance, improved rider safety and less eye fatigue.

This XP-L LED now comes standard in the XL Pro and XL-R Pro LED lights increasing the light’s lumen output from 4,300 to 4,900 lumens.
This increase in lumens and smaller footprint design has allowed Baja Designs (BD) to achieve the performance and distance desired by the most demanding customer.
By combining this new technology with BD’s 5000K Daylight Color Temperature and ClearView proprietary optics the switch to the XP-L will provide for improved daytime conspicuity and night time safety, reduced eye fatigue and fun.

Any updates on the possibility of a group buy?

I'm still in need of a pair of S2's for sure for my All-Pro bumper and I think a set of the BD-48-1006 will do the trick.

That is correct! The XL Pro comes in a larger 4.5" Housing and uses the same High Speed Spot reflectors found in our OnX6.
You will get more distance, near field, and mid field lighting with the XL Pro.

Had no problems installing the Onx6 20" and Squadron pro's in a Pelfreybilt Aluminum bumper. Just gotta finish up with my switch panels and auxiliary fuse box.

I recently bought a 51" OnX bar and heres my experience with Baja Designs.

I ordered the 51" OnX Bar as High Speed Spot. When I received it I didn't realize it would be coming wired in to 2 halves. And I had only ordered one wiring harness. I called them up and a gentlemen informed me that the High Speed spot was always wired that way due to redundancy for racing applications. He immediately said he would send another harness free of charge due to the mix up. I must say I was very impressed with how quick and willing they were to send me another harness free of charge!

I definitely recommend buying from them. The OnX Bar is just incredible the distance it throws the light out there. I never feel like I have to let off the throttle due to lack of lighting. And the thing is built very well. They may be on the pricier side but well worth the peace of mind IMO.

On that note. I need a 20" bar as a flood now. What do you recommend as your best flood bar. the High speed spot is amazing for keeping the road ahead of me lit but I cant see shit when I go to turn! haha. I need a good flood for turning/situational awareness on the trail and I need it to be 20"

Thanks for posting up! We appreciate your support for Baja Designs (BD)
Based on what you already have, I would recommend the OnX6 20" Wide Driving in Amber or White.
Wide Driving will give you a 42° flattened horizontal beam for the ultimate in comfort lighting. This pattern was developed specifically for cornering, dust and/or fog conditions.

We had a great time at FJ Summit in Ouray, Colorado! Saw a nice variety of rigs out there. Lots of love from the Toyota family.
Anyone from TacomaWorld make it out this year? Looking forward to next year!

Such a beautiful day and night, at Off Road Nights, in Temecula, CA. We had a great showing with 9 vehicles. As well we took best Trophy Truck, and best Racer.
Baja Designs has been race proven for over 20 years, and it was a pleasure speaking with, and meeting so many great people!
    Awesome time with awesome trucks!
