Agreed. Mine fit up 100% perfectly. I'd say it's more likely that there was an error on the bumper from the factory.

Now the angled bezel kit just makes it look even better!! I also purchased the angled bezel last week after having the fog pocket kit installed for about 6 months.

    @Baja Designs

Going to need details on those LP9s.... mainly price... but other than that... I had an idea it would have peripheral lighting and boom, called it!

That's forward thinking man and design. Looks awesome. Good work Baja Designs and as always thanks Baily for being the forum rep.

Pretty happy with the squadron sports. Not so sure about the amber though. Maybe it will grow on me, maybe not. Good thing about these is I can swap out the lense for the clear lense ;)

Is anyone running an S8 on the Grille mount kit at the same time as a streamline/ slimline bumper and winch? Any clearance issues to speak of on the 3rd gens for this combo? Thanks.

    Just because lol

Acro 3840 spot patternnext to a squadron sport in wide cornering amber. Though the acro fit perfect in the fog pocket of my Demello. The BD lights are pretty sweet and spread very nicely.
Still getting use to the yellow amber color though.

Recommend this pattern and light to anyone who has giving them a thought.

Well I have a pair of the sports in amber wide cornering on the way. Anyone that previously had PIAA 510s notice a significant upgrade in lighting?

Does anyone have any pics of the S8 wiring harness two original switches mounted in their truck and squadron r fog switch? I like the switches and don't want to get OEM looking switches.

Thought about drilling out a few of the blank OEM buttons I have and mounting Baja switches on those. If anyone has any pics of this that would be awesome.

Also, two of the blank switches I have are up top next to my old factory fog switch. How do you take this panel off to access rear of the switches?

    Thanks

    Andy C.

Added Baja Designs Squadron Sports to the hood and bumper. I used their fog light kit and it fits with no issues at all. Simple and great design.

    yep..
    Curious,

Just received my S8 20" bar with the driving/combo lens which has 12 spot elements and 4 wide elements. (And love it)

I was looking at replacement lenses and am interested in the spot lens. Is the focus tighter or is it the same but without the wide lenses at the sides?

Changing from the Driving/Combo to a full Spot pattern will reduce the nearfield lighting while increasing your distance lighting. The focus will not change but you will have additional distance lighting.

*Note: Photo shows a 30" and 40" but the pattern will remain same for 10", 20", 30", 40", 50", etc.

Fits great in the Pelfreybilt bumper. Although the nylocks didn't quite have enough thread to engage the locking part. May see if I can find a locking jam nut at some point, but fine for now.

Was able to test it out last night and its impressive how much light is coming out of a single row, 20" bar. Nice to have solid connections, seals, electronics, optics, etc. You get what you pay for.
