RTL came in handy this weekend for the Bonneville Offroad Race pulling recovery duty! SO. MUCH. DUST.

Amber fog replacements are peeking out too. When it got darker, I busted out the S2 side lights and had the whole course lit up. Good thing because the Utah desert is basically the moon once it gets dark.

And because I love this photo:

Thats basically the setup I'm thinking about. Amber sports in the pockets and pros in the bumper to replace my light bar the winch displaced or thinking of fabbing a light shelf/hoop like that to run 4 xl80s or something that runs off the bumper tabs for the lights.

I'd accept donations... or I could beg Baja to sponsor me!

Actually, if you have a moment could you photoshop in some amber S2's next to the existing squadrons? Seems like it would either look cool, or goofy, but nowhere in between.

Using reverse to pull anyone out is real bad for your diffs. Best to turn around and pull someone out while going forwards. Cool photo though.

Yeah, I would have liked to turn around, but it was a long narrow sandy stretch with no opportunity. Plus it was an urgent tug since the next truck was about 30-45 seconds out by the time we broke them loose from the sand.

Headlights on for trail safety, esp bright amber fogs that cut through the dust are a great idea. Part of me wants to say that it is a requirement in some parts of Australia, but I'm not entirely sure that's correct.

I noticed I had some moisture in my fog light so I opened it up and the lens looks cracked. I was going to order a replacement but also noticed the mirrors/reflectors in the light have black spots on them. I’m Thinking the moisture effected them. I was wondering if these are replaceable.

Recent drop in the cost of LED’s means your bars cost 50% less and your passing the savings on to your customers? :D
