I got a Baja designs 40” onx6 light bar for my UpTop overland alpha roof rack but I cannot figure out how to install it. The UpTop mounting brackets don’t work and neither do the Baja design ones. Has anyone mounted the onx6 to their UpTop rack? Please share photos on how to mount.

Hey Ksnook, What do the roof rack mounting brackets look like? There are a ton of ways and mounts that will work with the ONX6 and I have even seen people only utilizing the front bolt on those light bars. Happy to help if I can.

I appreciate you reaching out to help resolve this but I actually got help from an internet stranger on another forum. This light bar is killer - it turns the night into day. I can’t wait for my squadron pro R ditch lights to arrive. Once I have them and my s8 installed in my SSO bumper then maaaaybe I’ll be done with lights.

Great to hear you got it all mounted and resolved. Glad you like the light bar, that is one of our high-performance options so it will throw out some serious light.
    Best,

I would like to see how you ended up mounting the ONx6 light on the Uptown Alpha with the ONx6 fairing…..
