I am torn between the S8 or the onx6 what are the advantages of the onx6 over the S8 .

I am thinking it running two of them on my PrinSu roof rack

Onx6 is almost double the light output of the S8 for the same length. Has larger reflectors and longer reach due to the larger size and current draw.

@Baja Designs You guys have any scratch/dent or sales on a pair of the Squadron Sport Work/Scene LED along with black face plates to swap out? I need a pair of back up lights and I think I'm going to hack my bumper to put a pair of these in? The stock lights are horrible and can't see anything. Thanks

We unfortunately do not have any Scratch/Dent Squadron Series Lights. I'm happy to give you a Forum Discount on a new set! We can easily build with Black Bezels as well.

That depends on the exact model of Light Bar you are looking for. We have quite a few different options in our S8 and OnX6 line. Let me know if you have any questions. Happy to figure out the best light for your needs!

Do you happen to have a pair of the S8 10" light bars. I notice that you have 1 for $245. Would it make sense to mount 1 on either side of my Prinsu cab rack in a flood/work scene pattern or a wide driving pattern to completely light up the sides of the road out toward fences so that I can avoid deer on my way to the hospital for work. I drive 30 miles each way starting @ 1800 and the deer are thick and wiley.

We only have 1 at the Refurb/Scratch&Dent pricing. happy to get you pricing on it paired up with a new one!

You can definitely mount one on each side of the rack. Both patterns would work great for this. For your application the Wide Driving will work best since it has the extra distance. This will greatly help in seeing wildlife deep in the shoulders of the road.

    Thank You,
    Bailey, Baja Designs

Will the XL80's plug into the factory harness and work or does there need to be an upgraded fuse/relay setup due to the 80watt output? Also, what do you recommend for the Demello bumper?

Please give me a call at (800)422-5292x114 and we can definitely send you out a set. They are $14.95/set and are phone order only.
We use a two pin weatherpack connector on our Squadron Series lights to the Toyota connector.

The XL80's would draw too much for the factory wiring. You could upgrade the fuse and relay but that would only put a bandaid on the issue. You will also need to upgrade to thicker gauge wiring as well.
We recommend our Squadron-R line of lights for the demello bumper. The pairs start at just over $200 and provided anywhere from at least 3-5x the usable light over OEM

He can just use the factory wiring to energize the coil on a 30 amp relay. Then run a heavier guage wire from the battery thru the relay contacts to pick up the load of the xl80's

My friend is running Rigid D2's and I really like the output and size, but I keep hearing such good things about your company. What light do you have that's comparable in size/output?
