That's great news , I've been looking for something similar to run wiring through the roof of my cap

Maybe I will start a entire thread in the correct section.
I actually have another mod cooking with the lighting that should be done by the end of the month It should be pretty cool after its done
Baja Designs actually used my truck as their display at Overland Expo this year . So I wanted to make it a little over the top .

That is exactly where I got mine. The very best solution I could find I think I have a total of 13 wires going through it and have room for a few more
You will get props in my lighting thread ;)

The Multi deck seal that Don has runs $51.99 as are the smaller single wire ones that we have as an option with our LED bracket for the Tacoma's. I do not have them up on the site just yet as they were a special order item but I will get them up and orderable today for you guys.

I kinda wish I had a Tacoma too, so I could work on stuff for those. I really liked my 06 double cab and wish I could have more than one big toy :)

Thanks for bringing this back up I have a new light I am receiving this week.

I sold my Road Armor Bumper and have a new one being made at Addictive Desert Designs. They will be making a mount for the new light, that will be put on the bumper below the bull bar. It will be a 30" Baja Designs ONX Pro version. The light output is rated for 17200 lumens.
Since I have the Stealth on the roof with 20% flood pattern I decided that the new bar will have all Spot Beams . I think this one will see a long damn way and will be the perfect compliment to the 40"

I hope to have my new bumper before the end of the month. I will be going to "Thrill on the Hill" in Cloudcroft NM .

I also ordered a new winch for the new bumper
I will post all of the new stuff after it gets installed

    .
Heck , all I would need would be the hardware and motor stuff, I could weld a mounting bar across behind the front bar, or maybe mount it just behind the middle bar, IDK, just crazy ideas at this point :)

not showing off, it's just the most recent pics i have

    That's pretty cool
It seems like you could fab up a bar for then actuator.

Do you get any deflection at highway speeds. .? See ms le you may create a loud wind noise with all the extra stuff. Maybe even a vibration

    .
no wind noise (or none that I can hear over the tires and the stereo :) ), vibration is a big issue, these racks are not meant to hang lights off the front of so I'm thinkin of ways to reinforce it, I need intermediate fill being the hellas in the grill are all spot, don't really want to mount a bar in the bumper, up high on the rack is the only place left. Off the top of my head I'm thinkin mount it upside down back right about where the top of the windshield is, less vibration there and I might be able to stiffen it up, it can't bounce at all or it will be super annoying. Probably mount a protective plate on top of everything for the elements and for stuff i throw on the rack (it's still a work truck :) )
How many degrees upward can that actuator swivel?
