I ordered a BakFlip G2 from Auto Accesories Garage, who gave me a better deal than the group buy on here (if anyone is interested).

I'm curious as to everyone's installs of the drain tubes? Did you drill out holes or rig it up to existing holes somehow?

They gave me 20% off. $671 shipped.

They'll haggle a little, if anything tell them listen a co-worker or someone recently got this deal I wonder if you could match it. I actually planned on ordering the Undercover Flex but they could only give 5% off on it supposedly due to manufacturer rules. So they suggested the Bak and said they could give me the 20%.

I had an issue with the Rugged Hard Cover which I ordered first, it was damaged and missing pieces out of the box. Rugged was an ass to deal with but the customer service of Auto Accesories was awesome.

On my 12 and 14 I drilled out holes in the back wall of the bed that way there was no chance of a pinch if you slide things all the way to the back of the bed.

I saw this on an old thread from the 2nd gen. I'm wondering if everything is the same size wise.

I was considering that for the same reason but I'm trying to avoid drilling into the bed if possible.

The first time I was a little apprehensive, now it doesn't phase me in the least. If I eventually get one for my '16 the drill will be ready and waiting.

I think I'm most likely going to go buy 2 fittings, do this set up, and then silicone around the hole once it's installed.

That thread I got that off of said it fit but was a little loose. Maybe I'll see if they have another equivalent or something a hair larger.

That's what I'll do, just measure the drain holes with a set of calipers and go to home depot or lowes with that size and the hose from the cover!!!

Do you have it yet? I may just go buy the part used in the 2nd gen thread so when my cover comes I just install it.

Speaking of snow. They are calling for 2 to 6 inches here starting tomorrow night. Snow just melted off the truck after sitting for 6 days last Friday. Oh well I don't have to go anyplace.
