Bakflip MX4 or Undercover Ultra Flex

I have a 2010 4-door 5' bed and am looking to put a good tonneau cover on.
I live in SC and truck will almost always be outside, exposed to the elements.

Black Friday deals abound and am wanting to pull the trigger on one today.
So far, I have gotten the MX4 down to $769 directly from Bakflip or $753 from AutoAnything.
I haven't found a deal yet on the Undercover.
Would love to hear your input on these 2 or similar.
Would there be any advantage to ordering directly from Bakflip?
RealTruck and AutoAnything good to deal with?

I can get the Undercover Ultra Flex for $744.13 from RealTruck so the prices are comparable.
The Ultra Flex does come with the lighting and saddlebag.
