Bakflip MX4 weather strip issues?

So I just un-boxed my mx4 and found the left weather seal is nowhere near straight.... the last 14” swoops in and doesn’t hardly stick out like it should

Has anyone else seen this?

If I peel it up will it stick back down?

Will it even be an issue?

 

Mine was a bit uneven too. I peeled back the uneven spots and straightened it the best I could. So far it's been holding up fine.

Do you have a short or long bed? Does your Bakflip rest on the cab when folded up entirely?

 

I have a short bed and it does rest on the cab folded up. I never keep it in that position though. I'd rather just take off the cover if I need the bed space.
