I just figured out that Extang makes covers for Bakflip. In my quest to get a refund for my defective Bakflip mx4, I received an email from someone from the company Extang. I’m wondering why I’m getting replies from a company that I didn’t even contact, hence one in the same. Who knew? Not me!

I'd believe backflip came up with their patented mounting system, and use extang tonneau covers. This saves them $ having to make their own. Backflip does have the superior mounting system, IMO
