Is there a plan for Saturday as far as wheeling? Bald MTN trail again?

I was looking at the map, thinking about checking out Brewer Lake on Saturday depending on what time we finished. The lake is about six miles from the main trail. Never been there so i'm not sure how the trail is to get to the lake. Looks pretty easy on google maps. :rofl:Hoping to catch some diner at the lake.

I have no plans. Can't speak for anyone else. Figured that would get worked out later.

More the "or something." I think @PJTree might be part of that group. I don't know anything about it.

id Be interested in that run.
Sounds like it could turn into a night ride part of the way depending on departure time :homer:

I was thinking on doing it after any trail/s we do on Saturday. Trail is listed as moderate so well see how long it takes to get to the lake. Hopefully not too long. Just got some fancy lights so I wont mind coming back after the sun goes down. :cookiemonster:

I would join in on Saturday but I already told my girl I’ll go to one of our friend Halloween party. Unless I get totally mess up I should be good for Sunday for Strawberry Lake.

I think this is a NorCal TW meet. I’ll put it out there for 559yotas if anyone wants to join.

I haven’t done it myself but I heard of people doing Bald and Brewer Lake together. I could be wrong so don’t take my world for it. I’m sure you can find some info on google.

559yotas is not a car club. Its another group like TW but on FB. Not everyone on there knows each other and not everyone hangs out in the same circle. I’ve met a few people on that group but have yet to attend any of their trail runs or events. I’m on that group like I’m on this forum and many other groups/forums, to meet people who have the same interests, share ideas, and learn new information.

You’re not much of a groupie but you prefer a forum group?

Depending on what time I leave, you might see me in Madera. I'm probably leaving the Bay Area around 9/10AM, when traffic dies down.

Meeting in Madera isn't a requirement. That's what we did last year. It's kinda fun seeing a bunch of Tacomas cruising down the road, but I'm perfectly fine with going straight to Cressman's to fuel up and heading to camp.

I'm in for sure now and can meet anytime Friday morning.
Was hoping my new ARE shell would be here this week so I'll be in a tent.
Relocated my 7 pin trailer plug and got some better mud flaps so I think I'm ready for anything:rofl:
