Ball joint spacer for my 89

Hey all, looking for some advice/ recommendations as far as ball joint spacers. I’d like to hear any feedback from personal use/experience. I had a set on my 87 4Runner, however when my “friend” installed them I believe he trimmed too much of the uca because it ended up breaking on me at 65 mph. I’m just looking for reassurance and recommended brands. Going to be paired with OME.

I’m thinking 4crawler 2.5” ball joint spacers. Should I replace ball joints and whatever torsion hardware too (long adjusting bolt). Will these in anyway limit my OME suspension?

I have ball joint spacers on my 1990 4runner and I didnt mess with the torsion bars. You want to trim all little as possible and replace the ball joints.
