    No. Need to be careful with OEM suppliers who offer parts for applications where they are not the OEM supplier...they're usually bought out or otherwise nowhere near the quality of the stuff they produce for the OEMs.

    Example: There is a Korean company called CTR that makes a lot of OEM parts for GM, Hyundai, Kia, and a few others. They have a lot of offerings where they are not OE....like the toyota camry for example. On the lower ball joint for the camry, the OEM uses a castle nut with a cotter pin. When the ball joint is installed, there is about 1/4" between the top of the ball stud and the outer CV joint. The part that CTR makes uses a nyloc nut and has a 8mm or so hex broached in the end of the ball stud to hold it with a hex key while you run the nut down....only problem is that you can't get a hex key in there with the CV axle in place, so in order to install the ball joint, you need to do quite a bit more disassembly and reassembly.
