I really don't have any details other than 'there's a motor in it' and 'we have a title'. And I know it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it, but somebody throw a random number at me.
It's my neighbor's, her dad died and she wants to get rid of it but has no idea of a ballpark value (apparently I don't either).

Suppose it depends on what the underside looks like........and if said motor turns over or if its beyond help.

I'd bet you are probably right. It might take a BIG ol pile of cash to even make that thing drivable, let alone anywhere close to nice again.

Looks like the rear driver's corner is showing a little more daylight than it should.

Looks like a decent body, but someone is going to need a lot of shop floor and a LOT of free time to unwind the rust. That's my thought- it isn't the money, it's the space, tools and time that squashes the dream.

That thing is sunk deep in the ground. It may well break in half trying to pull it out. If by some miracle the frame and tub aren't rotten, it would bring a few bucks just because these things are worth $$.

I'd be happy with just the front grill to hang in my shop, I guess its worth an ask.

There is a video floating around of one like that stuck in field. They threw some new tires on it, started it up and it pulled itself out. :)

Here in Idaho, have seen those rusted out patina LCs go for $3000-6000.

Not a LC, but this shows what can be done with a seemingly lost cause. Didn’t resto mod it, or return it to showroom condition either. Just brought it back from the dead without going over board. Kinda cool.
