    A few.
I bought 2 sets of trd pro wheels from there over the past 2 years and had no problems. Ur likely to have more problems dealing with those delicate center caps on those wheels.

The replacement was received and in perfect condition. The return shipping label did not arrive and they told me to keep the one that had the chip.

I lightly sanded the chip and taped off the small area then shot it with satin black. Turned out nice.

When I finally install the caps I’m going to warm the clips with a hair drier. I’m thinking that will make them a little more flexible. Not really sure but we shall see.

I have had mine for 1 1/2 years and 15k miles and no issues with the center caps.

BAM needs to be removed from blocking. I've now bought two sets of wheels and a host of other parts. Not a single problem. Really odd, must have been a mod that got a bad deal once.

I do. I'm guessing the carrier is more to blame with shipping.

I ordered 2 sets of wheels from them over a year's time. Both deliveries were made by Fed ex.

Yeah I despise Fed Ex but wheels are generally shipped in boxes that are made for that. Some warehouses are just better than others at handling stuff.

I placed an order for various parts for my new 2021 Tacoma. The order came a few days ago with 80% of it missing and some of what was shipped was not for my vehicle. I contacted them and they said that they would re-ship. I contacted them again yesterday To ask for a tracking number and have heard nothing as of yet. I have no reason to believe that they will not make things right, but judging from the posts on here, they need a new shipping crew.

Fairly certain you could list any company and five people would have had a problem with them in the last two years.

They were very receptive to my emails. I always had a response within 10 minutes to every email. Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced online.

Got my OEM 4Runner Pro wheels from Bam and one showed up damaged. They responded quickly and sent out a new wheel. But when I followed up for a tracking number I got no response. The new wheel eventually showed up and they told me to keep the damaged wheel. They seemed legit, and took care of me, but their customer service is sort of lacking. In either case, I'm happy. I have a full size matching spare with a dent.

Just curious. Did they offer a refund/discount on the 5th tire?

Well, they replaced it by sending me a new wheel. I asked if they wanted me to ship it back and they told me to keep it; they filed a claim with the shipper. Said another way, I ordered 4 originally one showed up damaged, they sent a replacement and told me to keep the damaged wheel.

Edit: so I guess you could say I got a discount in that I got to keep the damaged wheel.

Nice! I'm almost hoping that happens to me. But my luck, it will happen to all 4.

Just to add to this. I just went through the same issue and they replaced the wheel and told me to keep the slightly damaged one. This was for my wife's RAV4 so I don't need a spare.

I ordered my wheels from BAM also just a couple of months ago, plus my TRD skid plate and a few other item.. Everything showed up in perfect shape and on time, and their prices are good.

I ordered my TRD Pro rims from BAM last year, and one of them had the exact type of chip as OP's. My mechanic touched it up before mounting up the tires and everything worked out, but I wonder if Bam received a bad batch.
