BAM Wholesale Customer Service

i just ordered one wheel from BAM, they sent the wrong wheel. i ordered a G4 Glosss, they sent a GR matt grey wheel.
So annoyed. Thhey ship them in the original factory box, so the probability it will be chipped or damaged is high.
Mine has no scratches but thats jus luck. I will probably pack it more wheni send it back, then hope i get a return shpping label and the correct wheel. such a pain.

 

I got my wheels from BAM and they were in the factory boxes also, came through fine. Probably get them from the distributor that way and just slap another shipping label on them and send them out.

 

In all fairness, most if not all, wheel distros just send wheels in the original boxes. Got my SCS that way and got my Volks that way and got my OEM pro wheels that way. No damage.

 

Got a set of the new OEM 4runner Pro wheels and center caps for my 4runner a few months ago from BAM, no issues at all and was surprised how quickly they arrived. Ordered on a Sunday and received them that Thursday.
