Needle bearing removed from front diff after about 5k miles of vibes. No extreme signs of wear. Glad it came out before it exploded in the differential

Your truck looks sick, it's exactly the stance I'm looking to get. Could you post some more pics of it? And also with that setup, did you rub at all daily driving?

    Thanks man!

I did not rub at all (even at full lock in reverse) in daily driving situations. Only did the CMC and beat back the pinch weld for off road purposes.

I do think the main reason I didn’t hit the cab mount prior to cutting it was that, due to the icon UCAs, I got 3.7* of positive caster in my alignment. So if you are not running any sort of high caster aftermarket UCA, you might rub on the cab mount in daily driving conditions.

What picture angles would you like to see?

I'd like to see straight on from the back or front to see what they look like poked. Any other pics really it doesn't matter. But yea it looks great. I'm new to this, so with your setup, it rides good and you will get even tire wear? I like those STMAXX tires a lot, how's the road noise?

I’ll get some pictures up for you soon.

As far as ride goes, as long as you avoid spacers and/or stiff add-a-leafs, your truck will almost definitely ride better after you lift it. UCAs will play a big role in both ride quality (if the ball joint is the limiting factor in suspension travel) and tire ware (if you can’t get a proper alignment post lift). Anything close to 3” of lift will require new UCAs.

My alignment numbers are - 0 toe / 0 camber / 3.7* positive caster and I have chalk tested my tires to make sure I’m running then at the optimal psi.

More tire clearance. Might have to trim the flare a bit more, but hopefully won’t be hitting anything in the wheel well.

Install of the SOS Concepts sliders was a breeze with a floor jack. Just need to figure out what to do with the brake lines on the drivers side.

Thanks Jimbo! Need to get my exhaust rerouted so I can get the transfer case skid on, then I’ll be ready to play around at AOP
