I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
No plate bumpers have been made with the low hoop, only Hybrids.

That list will never be made, I will never make a full aluminum winch bumper sorry.

Can confirm the Warn M8 fits without trimming grille support

Yes, it is a snug fit but works. Be aware the solenoid box will not directly fit above the motor with the grille support in place. There is room for it if you move it up about 6” and towards passenger side if you can fabricate a bracket for it. Here is a mockup of where I’m moving mine. Being higher will make it easier to reach the plug for the hand controller and still close enough for the Warn supplied cables to reach the motor. I should have final bracket, in aluminum, by next week and will update photo then.

Would love to see your finalized bracket!
Also can you show or comment on accessing the solenoid box with winch controller cable?
    Thanks!

Got bracket back from Milogen who did a great job welding on parts I cut out.

Here what it looks like with the control box

And looking down with grille installed. Box sits about 6” down from top

Do you have to open the hood to plug in the controller to the solenoid box?

yes, I need to open hood to plug the controller in. On my 07, the grille openings are wide enough to pass the connector between the bars, so once plugged in I can Close the hood and run the winch

Hi @JLee do you happen to have any of these steel flat top front bumpers for the 2nd gens (08) ? Or any coming through the pipe soon? Love your products and have mine in the shop now getting estimate from wreck. Would love to give you some business. I know you said your 2nd gen hybrids were 8 weeks out. Thanks man.
