Clzay if you mounted the resi on the frame and not piggy back then I think that might eliminate your rubbing

I agree.. If I mounted to res on the frame I would gain a little more clearance, but it would still rub the 2.5 shock when stuffed. Either way I'll have the spacers tomorrow.. BAMF kit is awesome either way for the price an highly recommend it

Are the King's in the OP that are on Styfu's truck 2.0 or 2.5s? Is it just when people stuff 2.5s with the relocation kit that they run into fitment issues?

Jerry I got the 12" Kings in the 2.5 dia... They run a tad longer than the 2.0 I believe by looking on kings site. I just wanna gain another inch on shock travel if possible? Cause 5 1/2" on shock shaft up travel isn't much.

Well the kist was designed for the 2.0 shocks so going with a longer shock you will loose up travel.

So would you wanna fab, or tweak my existing tabs a little lower? Or you don't recommend that?

    That's being nice.

The backstrap supporting one side of the bolt instead of the current one that the nut is welded to. I am going to try it this weekend, if it works I'll post some pics.

    Kings
    2.0 - 31.585" 19.585"
    2.5 - 32.650" 20.650"

If you want to gain up travel on the shock then you need rotate the lower mounts down. But these trucks, even with allpro expo springs, don't have much up travel before going into negative arch.

I'm taking about dropping or extending the "lower tabs" on the axle an inch to give me more up travel

Can your springs even handle the up travel ?

Ha I thought the same thing until I looked at the shaft on my shock after a little light off road, an the dust marks were gone an the shaft was clean with only 3/4" showing dirty. Meaning yes the springs can handle a little more, so that's why I'd like to extend the tabs so I don't damage my shocks

What bump stops and springs do you have?

Looks like your spring pack is just barely positive at rest.
I'd determine where the springs go from positive to flat and then measure for new bump stops to stop up travel at that point.

An sir.. That is not at rest, there is jack stands under the axle. So that is how it sits at ride height :)
