BAMF 2nd Gen and 3rd gen rear shock relocation kit.

Pulled the trigger, shock relocation, hangers , shackles and 14”SB bilsteins with 700/2550 valving. Is this valving ok to run with 200-300lbs constant weight and when loaded probably close to 500-600 lbs? And any one running the bilsteins have a spacer width for the upper bolt? Spacers on both sides even or can the spacers be on the outside only pushing shock towards frame. I have Dakar HD leafs trimmed to avoid shackle contact. And run a TRD pro 4Runner sema rim with skinny 255/80/17 tires. I’m assuming with the skinny’s there shouldn’t be any issues with rub on the shock body. Any valving input or setup recommendations are welcomed. Cheers from up North

You'll probably get away without spacers with that setup. I need 3/4 with 35x10.5s and 4.75bs. 255/70 will be fine you can always revalve if needed. Hell I'm running 360/80 now which will be perfect loaded down I think. I may pull them and get them revalved once I get them on dirt. Time will tell. The spacer width you need extra is .280" if you need I can machine you some spacers if you want to pay for shipping to Canada.

 

I was looking into upgrading to the Kendra R/T 35x10.5 once these are pooched. Thanks for the info if your machining the spacers from SS I’d love to pay some shipping to get those sent up. The salt and corrosion is bad here

 

I machined some out of 17-4 stainless the other day. Probably the strongest spacer on earth lol. @singletrack_ftw do you need some too?

 

Jumped on the 7100 bandwagon. @GHOST SHIP killed it on the install! Can't wait to really test these things out. Thanks again man!

For ANYONE planning to run 7100’s without a spiffy set of spacers like these YOURE in for a nightmare of fiddling with grinding down larger spacers or adding washers. It’s a tight spot and it’s a nightmare to get up in there.
