    It's been a long weekend! I've spent countless hours in the last few days creating what I think is one of the best #3rdgentacoma front bumpers.

    Drafted in @solidworks tabbed and slotted ready for quick manufacturing. @toynado1 will be by this week for the final mockup cant wait! Installed pics with full hoops on his truck later in the week.

    We wanted to develop a lighter bumper that you could be confident winching from in a sticky situation. Most Aluminum bumpers on the market "hell all of them" cant handle a hard pull. Thats when you really need it. We set out to change that! This bumper is a two peice " hybrid" design.

    The Winch plate is .250" A36 HRPO Steel gusseted in all the right places and locked to the truck with our reinforcement brackets, So all the business is covered! No need to worry. We added weight reduction holes in the winch plate and
    Bumper Shell, It bolts on the winch plate with 22 3/8th grade 8 bolts. They will be offered in 190" 5052 Aluminum for the customers that want to keep the weight down. The wings are gusseted to take "light wheeling" (Will have weights next week)

    And .187" A36 HRPO Steel for the guys that want to beat it up. With the same gussets as the Aluminum shell PUREBEEF. The lower skid plates will be offered in both materials as well. And bolt on with 2 3/8th grade 8 bolts so more weigh can be reduced when not running them.

    Our plan is to develop more Shells for this winch plate giving you options on the design. Alowing you to change the bumper without replacing the whole thing.

    Well if a few days is 3 like it typically is then that has a max of 72 hours, so i would estimate the amount of hours spent to be less than 72. LOL. Looks amazing!!!

    Yeah that's about right I have about 80 hours into the drawing as of today. I'll expect at least another 30 or 40 fine tuning everything.

    Oh wow. Well that should help with shipping a bit. Also a fan of the recessed fairlead mount.
    is this a separate piece or does this still need to be tweaked?

    I'm very interested in this. Any estimate when these will be available for purchase? Also, will the recessed fairlead mount be compatible with a roller fairlead?

    Once I work up the pricing they will be available for pre production ordering, Later this week or early next week. The first 50 bumpers will be discounted 25% off that we will be setting up group buy on our site.

    As for the Fairlead it's designed for a Hawse and I don't have any rollers to check so I'm not sure. Your just over the bridge so if your around this week swing by we can check and see.
