    the grille is awesome, crazy light with the aluminum and instal was a breeze
    The little rubber grommets are a good addition to avoid the screws rubbing the paint and causing rust
    Love it!

    Do they come with install instructions. Also, it says insert...is it not a full grill replacement? ... and do u make them with the MGM color for the background?

    There is a thread that shows you how to install it, by Jerry himself. The insert you can unscrew and it comes out, metal behind letters. I ordered mine in black and matched the paint and painted it myself, pictures on this thread. But yes he can have it power coated to match your color if you don't want to deal with painting it yourself, grille is awesome!!!

    It is the Silver one, I went to a paint shop and had them color match, good paint in a can :) ($40) then sprayed it myself!!
