Looks great, the recessed look is way better than flush. That's one thing I don't care for in the new OEM and aftermarket grilles. I personally think it would look better with individually cut letters or cutting the letters out from the base grille. Looking forward to seeing it installed.

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
We should be able to knock out the fist batch pretty quick once fitment is confirmed to be perfect we will get knocking them out.

Thanks for your input but I'll let my attorney take care of what needs to be done to protect this design. This is our design and the only one of its kind not one single company or person has created a one peice fully bolt on sheet metal grille insert with a recessed look for the 2016+ TACOMA's nor has anyone done it for any Tacoma for that matter.

Jerry, you mentioned that one of the options you were considering was to have a cutout (or cutouts) for LED lights, have you thought about that more? Reason I'm asking is that I'm interested in a grille with a hole for something like the Rigid Industries 20" bar, along the lines of these: http://offroad.rigidindustries.com/led-grilles/40552

Not sure how that'd look (or fit) with your design, though.

What about even no letters so one could attach the FJ cruiser emblem? Either way idc I'll take one now please? Haha looks like you're not gonna have any trouble selling them. Awesome job so far can't wait to see final product.

If anything this grille is closer to the TRD Pro grille then the idea you linked. That's the look i was going for in the first place.
