I see the holes and nut inserts you added to the hangers in Jerry Action pants build thread. Any picture update on the crossmember? Is it going to bolt to the factory crossmember as well?

Any chance of getting an extra set of cross member hangers? I have visions of using that cross member as an anchor point for tanks and a skid plate to protect them.

@JLee turns out i don't need to do much since i had my shackle flip holes drilled the same size as the new bolts.

curious if my ato shackle will work tho cus the 4 supplied bolts are too large

    ...too much shit to list.
It's literally 5 bolts per side. 4 on the hanger/frame and one through bolt for the shackle.
    Cut out the rivets.
Drill out the frame holes to 1/2".
    Install new hanger.

ATO uses 1/2" bolts. You can drill out the sleeve to 9/16" or just run the ATO 1/2" bolts (on the first version). Your truck, your choice when combining and mixing/matching mods. If you have the new version that has the nut welded on the backside of the hanger, you will have to drill the sleeve to 9/16" or go back to factory shackle.

You might have to drill the shackle but it will fit ours is set for 9/16th bolt the ATO might be 1/2"
