I have a set of V1.0 HD shackles that were sent out with the shackle hangers a while back, I remember @JLee sent out updated version to all the people who had them because they made contact with the hanger itself. Will these play well with the OEM hangers?

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
They might be okay in a factory hanger. They hit the back of ours at full bump but the factory is not boxed like ours so it could fit in there

Wish I had found this last night, I was getting concerned why mine wouldn't just slide onto the Icon RXT bushing.
I don't think I'll have time to finish installing the hangers before a trip in about 2 weeks. Does anyone know if I'll have issues with using the HD shackle and stock hanger?

A few mods here and there and counting....
I have the Icon RXT leaf pack w the BAMF shackles/hd hangers. It took a few blows from a dead blow hammer to get it on. No biggie.

Yea that's the answer I got in the Icon rxt leaf pack thread. I may have to try spreading the shackle apart first because it slides off to the side once it contacts the metal sleeve.

@JLee do you offer precut/drilled back plates as a DIY parts to build our own cross members for these hangers?

Do the hangar and shackle combination add any lift to the rear?

Anybody with tips to get the shackles to line up in the hanger? I had stock shackles and swapping to hd shackles I cant get them to line up to the welded nut for the life of me

Don’t tighten any bolts and use a punch to align the shackles

Just finished mine yesterday, I used a prybar between the spring pack to twist it for an easier lineup.
