    I’ll type this again, because no one reads through threads this long, that it’s easiest to assemble the shackle hangers and shackles to the springs, before you bolt the hanger to the frame.

    Yeah my problem was that I cheaped out initially and went with stock shackles. I quickly realized for full benefit I need the beef that is the Hd shackles set. So going to change those out was a real bitch but one side is done. Ended up having to file the whole like @deadhed61 did and it did the trick

    I may of missed it but the shackles will work in an AllPro leaf pack correct? Without grinding. Sorry like I said, I may of missed it but just want to be sure before I order these bad a** hunks of metal.

    They sell the plates for the hangers. If you have access to a welder or someone that welds/fabricates then it's really quick and easy to do.
