Looks awesome, I like what I am seeing. I like the idea of mounting panels as well. I will be in the market for a HC dual swingout bumper soon.

Can the dual swing out be removed easily? I can see myself not wanting to run a swingout for 1 year or less and then later wanting it installed again.

I think the tricky part of having a dual swing out is properly engineering the swingout and mounting style so it does not vibrate/oscillate itself to death. I know one vendor that has a 3 point locking mechanism for the swing out in 3 different places which I think is a good thing. I also have seen a rear swing out and on the trail that vibrated violently which is a huge concern to me (I even seen a swingout oscillate on the smooth freeway which shouldnt be the case). Vibrations cause cracks in the welds or steel, cracks lead to big failures. I have seen this first hand in DV that someones spare tire broke off their swing out on the trail due to crack in the steel going over washboards.

If you can ensure a properly secured swingout that does not oscillate on the freeway and trail then im sold and put me on your buying list. :)

Just about every tire mounted swingout will have some bounce to it with a large tire. There is no way around it when you have 100 plus lbs on that long of a lever arm. I designed ours to be solid as it can be, All plate construction with .250" and .188" thicknesses formed sheet and welded in stiffeners. And its removable so you can dump that extra weight for the daily driving if you like. The latches are rotary latches ( like a car door) so in the locked position they are solid with very little movement.

@JLee will this be available without the reverse lights..? I know I asked about the swing out as well, but I like the design and would prefer a simple yet package.. tow points, hitch, boom done..?either way, it looks awesome glad it will finally soon be available.

@JLee is there any chance you might be able to do this in a 2nd gen non HC?

    Sweet, thanks for the explanation.

Will you be offering a camp table on one of the swing outs?

Yes I know. I have Jerry's sliders on order. I even recruited my 4runner buddy to purchase a set of sliders from Jerry the same time I was ordering. My buddy actually gave me a pic of his cc and I placed the slider order for him lol.

I should get a recruitment discount from Jerry! :p

I have wanted to do a tire swing out. But held back due to having a huge RTT that hangs past the back of the bed. It looks like it would have the ability to adjust the ride height of the spare tire?

I love the modular aspect but I wanted to save weight and also wasn't interested in a HC rear bumper. This thing is freaking unbelievable though. @JLee is a steel engineering ace!
