    18” Curt hitch extension (part #45796) clears the bike rack.

    need to remove 2 bolts on the rack in order to drop it down. then u can open the swing arms.

    double/triple check the black bar is firmly in place in the notch and ur good to go.

    Do you get much vertical play with the extension? The extension I got has tons even with an anti-rattle bolt, bikes end up rubbing and bouncing against the tire.

    did a test run/ride today w 2 ebikes on board. i can definitely feel them bouncing around. i’ll look for some insert to stabilize the hitch. maybe upgrade the 1up rack to a 2”
    it’s an old 1.25” model.
