I'm getting my bumper delivered tomorrow.
They informed me that I'm responsible for getting the fright off the truck, or I can pay $210 to use their liftgate.

....does that sound right? $500 shipping plus $200 unloading fee?
What's the easiest, most affordable way to get this thing unloaded (without damaging the bumper)?

 

Maybe slide it off their truck into the back of yours

 

I opted to pick up at their dock; they loaded it onto my truck bed with a forklift and didn't have any extra charge.

I have a 2nd Gen but plan to get a 3rd gen bed to put on my 2nd gen frame down the road, I know the bed will fit, but should I get a 3rd gen or 2nd gen bumper with this in mind?

Any pictures of the angled tire carrier? All I can find is the straight one.

Its easy, just heavy....get another person to help if you can.

 

That is correct, It states in our freight invoice you are responsible of offloading the pallet. Two people can off load the bumper and you can pull it off the pallet to get it off the truck it doesn't need to be picked up all at once.

 

Weird question that I didn't find an answer to upon searching... Is there a way that I could order a rear high clearance bumper setup for dual swing outs but wait until next spring to order the swings?

 

Anyone else’s back up sensors go off everytime you shift into reverse? (with nothing behind the vehicle).

 

the pallet fit perfectly in my 2nd gen shortbed of course opened tailgate the forklift driver just dropped it in. i think jerry knows whats up lol

 

Yes I think it picks up my spare.

 

I tried it both with and without the spare, and they still beep.
