Well, I can say this bumper is a an absolute unit. Rear ended earlier this week in the lovely city of Oakland; dude was going about 20ish. No visual structural damage to the bumper - any areas you’d recommend I double check, @JLee ?

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.

Looks like the bumper saved your ass quite literally. I'm sure the bumper is fine it's designed to slam on rocks and RAM trucks are pretty soft. I'd have your frame checked to make sure it hasn't moved. If insurance needs us to check the bumper itself for Damage you can bring it by. It can also be re coated here if it scratched it up.

    Hey Jerry,

This is something I have been thinking about for a while myself, I also use the HD 1up did you still need someone's stuff to measure it up?

Anyone have pictures of how the bedside panel stiffeners go in? My passenger side rattles like crazy. Suggestions on how to get that to stop?

Got the stiffeners in and did some more poking around. It is the liners. Going to have to either get aftermarket ones or figure something else out. The stiffeners help a lot but the liners are the real problem.

True. I trimmed em and somehow was able to tuck em into the end of the bumper and they stay and don’t rattle around at all.

I ended up ordering a set of Fend-X rear liners with the frame gap plates. That makes them much more solid and they won't rattle.

October Dual swings are in fabrication, The bare metal ones should be around late January.

Everything from August and September has been built and coated and packed ready for shipping for a cupule weeks, The swing arms are the hold up right now on the Dual swings. The Tube was non existent for a cupule months. We just got a bundle in and processed swing arms on the laser before we took off for Christmas. The powder coated August and September orders should be shipping out next week.

Hey @JLee Happy Holidays! Curious if you made any headway on the adjustable latch stop/bumps/whatever you want to call them? I'd still really like to attempt to rid the little bit of slop I get from my tire swing when closed/latched.
