BAMF Laser cutting services!!

We just added a Mitsubishi 3015 SR C02 laser cutting system with a 5'x10' cutting bed capable of cutting thin gauge to thick plate steel, stainless, aluminium as well as acrylics in just about any shape possible.

We require a .dxf, .dwg, .stp or .igs to quote a part we have no minimum requirements or set up charges for TW members as long as you can wait until we're running that thickness. If you need parts quick and the order is under $500 we will have a $85.00 set up charge.

We will be one of if not the only vendor to offer in house laser cut made to order parts to the TW community and we're glad to be of service. TW started this company and im very greatfull for what this community as done to build this company to what it is today. We're here to help the community any time we can.
So if you have ideas for sheet metal parts were soon to be your source and remember that's anything not just truck parts. Also forming capabilities with our 192ton 12 foot 8 axis CNC press brake we can offer laser cut and CNC formed parts ready to weld.

We will have tabs and brackets in stock for the fab guys building their rigs as well as offer laser cutting for shops that source out cutting. With our new LTL rates we can have parts delivered to your shop at very competitive rates.

On top of that be on the look out for new product releases in 2017 because we have lots of ideas with the new capabilities.

I should send you the file where I used to cut small sheet metal on the water jet to mount switches in first gen clock space.

 

I can't wait to cut on this bad boy. We just have to build a mezzanine for the cooler and the dust collector with sheet storage and we should be ready to rock. The shop is a mess making room for this beast so it's clean up time next week.
