Does anyone have a rough estimate on how long it would take to install these? I'm sure the second side would be faster (as it always is), but I'm just curious as to a timeframe.

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
No more then 20 to 30min with hand tools and a buddy helping you. Alone with jack stands 30 to 45min

Thanks Jerry! I'm picking mine up directly from you and was hoping I could install them myself there and drive home with them on. That shouldn't be too bad. I've done longer installs in worse locations...

We have had quite a few guys bolt them up in the parking lot you will have to sign a liability waver to work on them in the parking lot.

Is that for insurance purposes? It is crazy the hoops you have to jump through to protect yourself and business legally. It is sad that you could be on the hook for anything if a guy using his own tools hurts himself in your parking lot...

Totally understandable man. We all have to protect ourselves. There's some shady people out there.

Looks nice!! Did you paint them, or have them powder coated?

Rustoleum clean metal primer and Quick Color in matte black which is just Home Depot's generic spray paint.

Thanks for the info! Waiting on mine I ordered during the Thanksgiving sale and will be rattle canning them as well!

Did you do any prep work other than priming?

I wiped down the sliders with paint thinner to get the shipping oil off, used a wire wheel on almost everything to scuff it up and get the surface the rust off, and then used steel wool in tougher areas where the wire wheel wouldn't reach.

I did the above. Was still a pita though. I'd rather have paid $20 to have someone blast them for me and THEN rattle can them.
