I'm surprised he still has them listed for 1st gen. I know someone else asked and his no longer making them for 1st gen Taco. If I'm not mistaken from the email's from BAMF mine were the last one with the bolt on option.

    Here is my order specs:
    Model: 1st Gen
    Kick Out: Add KickOut $40.00
Bolt On: Make them bolt on (01 to 2016 trucks only) $140.00
Powder Coated Black mini texture: Powder Coated $140.00
Dimpled Fill Plates: Add Fill Plates $180.00
DOM: DOM Outer rail Upgrade $65.00

Got them on Turkey day Sale. So I just selected every option...

I'm not saying his not making them for 1st gen if it's on the website their available, but without bolt-on option. you live in So Cal there are 2 welders here that do great work if you decide to go with the weld on option.

Sorry yeah, that's what I meant (looking for bolt-on) for my first gen. I might end up going weld-on, I just worry about permanently affixing something to the truck's frame lol. I intend on keeping her around forever but still....though it does seem to be much cheaper to go with the weld-on's.

Anyway good luck with your installation, post up some pics when she's ready!

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
1st Gen bolt on's are no longer offered from us. Not enough orders to continue making them unless we doubled to price.

I know it's kind of, late for posting since I picked up the sliders a few months ago. Thank you, Jerry, for getting my slider powder coated in your shop for just a few hours. My family loves the slider. It's very easy for them to get in and get out of the truck.

What degree are these set at? Have a little one and a short wife so a little hesitant to put sliders on in regards to easy access for them to step up...

I chose 10 degrees for my wife and kids. 20 degrees is the norm for rock slider. If 0 or 5 degrees, it might look like a step bar or tube.

Those are our kick up sliders for the DCLB. They are only made by request now I pulled them from the site.

Nope.... Didn't know I had to drill through the frame. I would have gone weld-on if I knew this ahead of time. From what i can tell only one hole can be used on the frame. Before I ordered I saw 4 holes on the frame I figured those were the anchor points. Oh well.. :tumbleweed:

    Ah, 1st Gen problems... ;)

I do not envy you having to drill the frame. That is the exact reason I went with BAMF over others, because the 2nd Gen are 100% bolt on.

finally got them, well I paid to get them on....I don't have the tools or know how to drill through a frame. Took him 2.5 hours to install them, would have taken me 2 weekends.
