->Don't know what I'm doing with my life<-

Still waiting for the new doors for my truck to show up, so I've started tinkering with my trans.
It looks like the 2GR will need to be ground out a bit to fit the 5VZ/R150f starter. I'll try to bolt the bellhousing up and take pictures/etc to confirm.
I still need to crack the case open to get at the 5th gear... which should be higher priority.

I also suddenly seem to have a fuck ton of stuff in my garage I need to make a barn/shed to store some of my equipment.

Finally met some of my local TW'ers which was cool. One of the guys who isn't very active on TW, but really active on insta took some cool pix.
    Got my doors on.
AC compressor either seized or bearing went out on my way back from upstate NY last weekend... Need to tear into that soon.
Also reeeallly need to get around to building a swingout. Spare tire in the bed takes up a looot of space.

So in place of the trees that went down last year, I'm putting in a medium shed to store all my shit. Also gonna tear down a shitty metal shed a previous owner of the house had put up... Proof my truck still does truck stuff:

Axle gussets& air ride needed if I'm ever doing this again or driving on the street like this lol.
Was about 1/2" off the bumps, only 1.5" shock travel left tho...

    Shed update?
    20190909_181254.jpg
It's also kind of a truck update...
While I haven't finished trim or a water collection system, or fully wired the shed barn, I did build a small elevator inside it, so far I've stashed some stuff up on the 2nd level, and used the elevator to install/uninstall my RTT which is so much easier than ever... if I remember I'll take a pic of that in action!

I need to do the trans/motor swap on my truck. Planning to buy a motor or donor vehicle this winter.

Also lowkey want to build a trailer .

    Yeah so....
GF is getting a new job and has the week off, we were in Louisville for the weekend for a race, no pics cause busy AF.
Then we headed down to RRG to camp/explore, which had many a phase.
    DBBB-190924 190.jpg
Cruising pretty good, my GF drove all of Spas Creek, and was having a blast! She's totally ready for a Jeep!
    DBBB-190924 219.jpg
Everybody was having a good time, 50 miles offroad in roughly 4 hours including poser shots.
    DBBB-190924 229.jpg
Then we headed down to Carb hill at about 4p... which was waay too late in the day for more poser shots!DBBB-190924 451.jpg
We totally should have camped there... but then went down the off camber hill.
    DBBB-190924 541.jpg
Got pretty close to damaging the truck, but didn't! GF took 700x more pics of this trip than I did, as is evident.
    DBBB-190924 574.jpg
Took the high line at the option, wasted some time, but tested out the sliders for the first time on purpose?
Its not super dark yet, but the lights make it look that way, probably 5p at this point.
    DBBB-190924 653.jpg
We made it to the actual Carb hill just before 6p, and spent an hour attacking it on the 33s in the fading light. Then my idiot ass got myself stuck, and was too stubborn to winch for a solid half hour, with the truck at ~30deg.
I couldn't get traction after the fronts cleared the second shelf, and once I got out to winch, the truck stalled and wouldn't start!
I ended up winching myself back down, after letting @beertimecontinuum know that I might be up shit creek, and he was busy rallying the troops to come to my rescue.
I ended up being able to winch myself down to a flat spot, after using the highlift to encourage the descent, and boy was I happy when the truck started!
    DBBB-190924 661.jpg
So around 9p, I cooked a steak, had a beers, and got the truck to start!
The beers was a bit stern, so we camped right there!

    Then:
    IMG_3671.jpg
Rad busted a weld, so we Ran on swamp water to get home...
Heckin adventures, I tell ya what.

fekkin clicked post instead of upload halfway thru, sheeeeet.

When the truck wouldn't start on the incline, heck no.

Dang man, you made an adventure out of it!

We need to ride sometime before the cold weather closes in, or better yet, after the cold weather closes in

    Thanks man!
I don't think I've even met you yet!!

Its a good challenge for sure, just off 1639.
My truck would def need to winch to make it to the top I think. Bigger tires would be better.
