    You running 18" shocks:confused:

    You should have a bit left at both end of the shock but that seems like quite a bit.

    5 Degrees is what Mike says to set the yoke at, as this is the approximate angle of the fixed part of the 2-piece driveshaft :cool:

    No they are 16" shocks, the kit is only getting about 14" of travel metal to metal...

    No I'm not mad at the number at all, it has a huge gain in up travel from stock and I hit a drainage ditch and the rear handled it great. We could of mounted the shock level with the bed but figured it was better to split the difference. Mike recommends a 14" shock with his kit if u talk to him.

    Ya I have but he also recommends the 14" shock with his shock hoops.

    JW if you did talk to him as to possibly know why 14's still great and the up-travel benefit is what really matters

    Bought some bumps for the front getting the shims to shorten them tomorrow and hopefully have em on by next weekend... Might be doing a new front bumper with American Motorsports

    we are holding off at the moment hes trying to finish up on battlescars truck so they can race it at the beehive race saturday. Still waiting on DSM to get in the shims so i can shorten the bumps and get em put on also.

    If I decide on it American Motorsports will be making it. I really like the one I started so I may just finish mine but with the bedcage being 2" I kind of want the front bumper to match.
