Banging noise when driving in 4x4

    3" Pro Comp lift 45" and 35" lightbar 4"Deck Plate MOD 6K HID
    There has been a loud banging noise coming from the engine when my truck is in 4x4. I only hear it when shifting gears amd accelerating in 4x4. Not sure whats causeing it to make that noise. I live in alaska so 4x4 is a essential during the winter time...

    I would be looking at engine and transmission mounts . Might need a pry bar to check them but its a good place to begin and a fairly simple inspection . Does it make the noise in reverse while accelerating in 4x4 ?
