Bank 1 sensor 2 issues

Hey all,

My 2012 sport threw a cel for the bank 1 sensor 2, p0136-p0138.

I replaced the sensor and the cel stayed off for a bit, then it came back on. Replaced the sensor again, but this time looks on the scan gauge and bank 1 sensor 2 has no voltage. The wiring and connection look fine. Any thoughts on next steps?
