    LOL...I always lug a bunch of cans home every time I go north. Ray's, Chili Man, Steak and Shake (none in Charleston). Of course I try to get at least one trip to my favorite Chili joint in too (Joe Rogers Chili in Springield, IL).

    it seems i forgot to mention one key thing. the hissing does not go away when the burners are lit. k i'll stop boo-hoo'ing now

    Gas flow yo! Or maybe you do have angry snakes in there.

    When I turn mine on, I first open the valve on the tank and watch the gauge until it stops. Then I switch a burner and ignite. When I'm done, I close the tank valve and watch the gauge until it stops. A few seconds later there's a poof as the flame goes out. After it's cool and I'm ready to cover, I switch off the burners.

    o i get the poof. used to that with my camper stove and what-not. is just the constant angry snakes in there that made me ask
