She doesn't really stop me. I was exagerating(sp?) a little bit. She does refer to her as bitchface though. Honesty with your woman is nothing but trouble.

I urge you not to do that. At least go back to the dealer and see if they can work something out for you, maybe get a used vehicle or a Corolla or SOMETHING. You let them repo that, it will be bad for a long time. If you're planning on bankruptcy, there are ways to file in which you can keep your vehicle. Get to a lawyer quick and see what you can do.

The dog is right, don't choke, now is the time to stay calm, get some financial help, don't give up. Have you never seen a football team down in the fourth quarter rally back to win the game, this is now your fourth quarter. As of this writing Donald Trump has two or three buildings in Bankruptcy Court, so don't think this is how it all ends, you can recover, it's hard but if anyone can do it, you can ! Get tough and Drive on.

Don't get all French on us:(. You can't hide in the corner while they come and take your stuff. Flush your pride and try asking for some help. There are other options.

Also, go with Chapter 13 not chapter 7. You will keep your truck.

It still has to be paid for, they are not going to donate it to him. File bankruptcy over $700.00?

That's not what he's saying at all. He's saying that filing that way, you are able to work out your other bills while keeping your vehicle. Not paying for it isn't an option.
