Base 5 lug with xrunner strut

    13 single cab 2.7 5 lug
    Few led lights. Bullet muffler right after the cat
    I hate to do this cuz I’m pretty sure it’s been asked before but I can’t seem to find the answer I’m looking for. This might be long... sorry

    I’ve read that xrunner parts will fit the base 5 lug and I wanted to lower my truck starting off with the sos lowering kit but it says I would need xrunner strut/coils.

    So my first question is if I can get stock xrunner struts do they just bolt up? Part 2 to that is if they do just bolt up are the stock struts the same as Bilstein 4600? That way I don’t have to hunt down xrunner parts.

    Lastly, would I need the xrunner coils on the struts or would my oem set work?
