When I swap my suspension I plan on selling my TRD suspension as a lift kit for someone running a base model.

I'd like to confirm that all they need is the front coil overs, rear shocks and rear springs; and that the remaining suspension and steering components are the same?

What do you figure would be a fair price on an almost new suspension off a 2012 TRD Off-Road?

Your TRD coils aren't going to provide any lift to a base model 6-lugger. 5-lug base models can not use parts from a 6 lug. To answer your question, 6 lug parts are interchangable.

    Sell it as OEM suspension.

As noted by others, there is no truck that will be able to get a lift out of that.

I think a fair price would be $150 or so for everything. :notsure:

^this. 5 luggers were built with a different suspension system. Could have been cheaper to build, lighter, who knows why Toyota did it. :notsure:
