Anyone know the BASE price Invoice/MSRP for a 2017 TRD Off Road DCLB 4x4? Is it the same as the 2016 or a few hundred more?

    2016 Price
    Base Invoice: $32,149
    Base MSRP: $34,700

There is a price increase for the 2017. I am not sure of the exact amount, somewhere around 700 dollars probably, but you do get the power rear sliding window in the 17. Toyota.com has both listed as of right now, so you could build each one on their site and see what happens. However, the way their site is, it only lets you build what is available in your area, so you may have to try different zip codes to get what you want to see.

See the sticky thread. Both 2016 and the 2017 increases are documented there as I recall.
