Get the things you NEED first. Bed Mat, Husky Liners, window tint and seat covers. Then you can buy the things to make it cool after that.

Head light bulb upgrade was a must for me.. Besides being old, i have bad vision and driving at nigh with the stock head light bulbs was a safety issue for me.. There are many options to choose from, LED to HID's to Halogens.

Every Taco owner needs seat covers, good floor mats, and a bed mat at the very least

What bulbs did you go with? Does it really make a noticeable difference?

There are several good options to choose from out there, but i went with the GTR. see below
For the low beams i went with:
GTR Lighting 55w Pro Single Beam HID Conversion Kit - 3rd Generation HID Bulb Color: 6,000K Diamond White. HID Bulb Type: H8/H9/H11
For the high Beam i went with:
    GTR Lighting Ultra Series LED Headlight Bulbs - H8 / H9 / H11 - 3rd Generation
Yes, to me it made a big difference to see better at night, with out blinding the incoming traffic..

Remote start. Cheap enough, plug-n-play, easy install and makes cold mornings so much easier to tolerate

    1) Redline hood support struts
    2) Window tint
    3) Rubber floor mats (WeatherTech, Husky, etc)
    4) Bed mat
    5) Tailgate letters
Then get all the things you want or can afford.

Your welcome. No kits available that don’t shut off when door is opened. There are quite a few threads on TW lamenting the same issue.

12v solutions has a H key version that claims to not shut off on door opening. the push button start version page says it shuts off. so this is only for H key versions apparently. maybe shoot them an email to clarify..

Yep. Thanks for clarifying. If you don’t have push button start you can find kits that don’t turn off the engine when the door is opened.

Push button start in mine so that’s that. Not like it’s a deal breaker. $250 is a bargain.
