They're PTFE fittings from Earls, 3/16",
And all my additions I've done are AN 3 type flared connections, no double flare stuff

Truck is done cept my brakes don't work worth a fuck. Tried for three days bleeding it and it's bled then the pedal goes to the floor, the master isn't big enough to run the new 3/4ton calipers in the rear, I could drive my truck and slow it down but no tire lockup :( soo..... I ordered a tandem style wilwood master with a 1" bore instead of the 13/16" that's on the stock master. But to get the wilwood to bolt up I need to make an adapter plate so it can bolt up to the booster and I need to make a pushrod to mate to it as well. Hopefully I'll have this goin before the new year, everything else on the truck is great!

Common issue with the 1st gens getting a Tundra upgrade also. Has anyone ever swapped a Tundra Master or is it just too big?

Tundra master is 15/16 bore, so it could work but the bolt pattern is clocked 90*out from the 2nd gen taco, soo I'd have to swap the booster and master and make a custom linkage probably to hook to the pedal and that still might not be enough umph cause the tundras are drums in the back still right? Disc pistons are way bigger than drum ones. Ah I figure just changing to the known proper size master should do the trick

Yea pretty much drove 15 miles below 55 cool down 30 minutes, drove 15 miles cool overnight, Tommorow I'll do some 30 mile cycles with an hour cool down between. Then driving to pismo Saturday mornin 50 miles at a time cooling for 30 minutes at a time at around 55. My rear end has no inner seals....there's two gallons of swepco 212 in there with some maxilube, and my breather is a lot bigger than the lil 1/8npt one it came with breather is a 5/8 hole with a crankcase breather as a filter.... it cools off pretty quick and runs pretty cool. Not gunna rape it at pismo either, gunna be co-drivin in my friends race truck kinda doin a shakedown for BAP in febuary

That's whats up! I figured its about 12-15 miles from home to work. So if I just drive it super cool for about 500 miles they would get a bunch of heat cycles on them. Have fun at BAP!
