    Evening yall!

Howdy Bill, going well here. Had a day fighting the header on the truck, but things are going in the right direction

Started out trying to take the midpipe out so i could retap the header's threads where those two meet. Broke the bolt and then decided the header needed to come off to get the old bolt out.. well supercharger was in the way, so took the bolts out of the bracket for that and kind of scooted it forward to make some room. Got the header out finally and took the torch to it so i could remove the old bolt more easily. Was able to unscrew it with some big channys after that. Then retapped the damaged threads with the stock M10x1.25 size. Had to remove material from the thread holes to get back to the stock size. I guess the rust made it expand. But anyways, got that squared away and then took the dremel to it to clean up the rust.

    started out like this

Back down to bare metal and ready for paint. Sanding equal length headers is a bit of a challenge lol.. got most of it with a dremel and then too some sheets of sandpaper between the tubes. Gonna do them in some high heat black paint and see how they hold up!

Yes sir! Took me a while to figure out how to get them out of there.. What a pain:p

Yeah man! Was hoping to retap the threads and be done with it, but i stayed busy for quite a while after that bolt snapped on me. It was really nice out today though so i was happy to get to spend the day outside!

Well, there's that. But I was actually talking about sanding it down. All those tight spaces
