I gotcha, that makes sense. I'm sure switching back and forth between the two regularly like that really accents the differences in both transmissions, too. Now that you mention it, I've never liked that chatter between the gears on the 6 spd.

Just put some hundreds in a hole! I'll come check on it this weekend! If you see me with new SCS rims and more armor next week it's not related.

Yeah its much more noticeable when switching between the two after driving one or the other for a week or so straight. And I've never been a big fan of it myself either, but after driving my mom's 6spd FJ cruiser and then test driving my truck initially at the stealership, mine was noticeably more buttery smooth (this is most likely just bc her FJ has 250k miles on it, but it made me feel much better about the 6spd and made me want the truck even more lol)

Lol.. of course it isn't.. :spy:

Here is a link to some cheap OEM styled tail lights that you can use to test making them red before messing up your OEM ones.

You can also look at a local pull-at-part or local junkyard, they might have some fore cheep too

I will say though it was the best pulling trailer I’ve ever owned.

Any particular reason why? Just curious! Seems like having an extra enclosed truck bed thats a trailer could come in handy quite a bit
