Hahah.. yeah i thought my ultragauge was full of shit whenever i saw the 22mpg (it normally is about 1-2mpg less actually than that thing reads)

Definitely going to save on fuel now. Really goes to show how hard the truck was having to work to turn those bigger tires and all that extra weight:anonymous:

Haha it’s not fun but if I went in the afternoon I’d have no energy for it plus if I don’t stay at it I’d weigh 300 plus in no time... been pondering gears if I ever get the extra funds but till then sticking with pizza cutters an 1 size bigger than stock the recent stuff I put on added some serious weight.

I’d be willing to say with that an the sliders it’s in the neighborhood of 400lbs. :bananadead:I can definitely feel it in the front end but an passing power around town or crusing no problem. Lost maybe 1/2 inch up front not to bad considering An rides a little better now. The rear bumper should even it out which still hasn’t shipped.:tumbleweed:

Damn thats some steel man! Going to come in handy though when youre wheeling. Wish my truck was a v6! They dont mind extra weigh, just gotta put your foot down.

You been waiting a while on that bumper buddy! Im surprised it hasnt shipped yet.. :annoyed:

Ya it’s gonna be handy for sure when I goto Colorado for a week of wheeling/camping with the folks. The fabricator had a huge number of orders during their tax sale. I want to get a gas tank an rear diff skid that should be all of it then a winch perhaps. Your truck is tastefully done like your practical approach to everything unlike mine haha.

You'll definitely get to put those to work in CO! I really want to go back now and take my green truck now that is has better tires and a locker. Would love to check out some of those public lands/trails

Ahhh, yeah I remember you telling me that! It'll be worth the wait for sure though!

Thanks brother! I appreciate it!! I have kind of just been building it as I have seen the need for things.. A winch is probably going to be in my future..

Ya for sure looking forward to taking a closer look at it for the bumper swap. This one trip changed what I was gonna do from a mild to a full out bombproof mad max thing. It’s going to be the start of a 2x a year with them. Gotta keep up with their decked out rubicon. After it’s all said an done may have to take a 2nd mortgage out.

Well i have been having bad steering wheel shakes intermittently lately. I figured it was either from wheel spacers or tire balance issues. I pulled the wheel spacers off today and everything drives smooth as silk now. Turns out the member on here sold me some shitty spacers:bananadead:

I hated wheels spacers before i got those, now i hate them even more. Time to let the tires do some self clearancing:D
