I shouldn't even have to deal with this shit well another person gets screwed by batch racing. I'm currently filling out the small claims paperwork

Anybody in the Temecula area want to drop off the letter I know where he lives currently. What he didn't know is my work has a full time attorney and he was ready and will to help me :D

My long travel kit is a prototype I didn't flip out when Nate had my truck for an extra month or when he grinded parts of my coil bucket down to fit upper control arm from his first gen tundra kit but when he up and disappears on me when he reassured me revisions are on there way that was the last straw.

    sorry about that Anthony...

i saw a post on another forum somewhere and Nate did tell people that he used a 2nd gen to build the kit off... i think he also claimed that the owner (you) was happy with the kit...

i can't remember if it was on socaltundras or DR...

as for the letter, you think certified mail with signature might be a better route to go? as far as paper trail, etc...
