Do you pull both sets of wires off and clean/spray or spritz while everything is still connected?

Remove the terminals if necessary to insure everything is good and clean, then bolt them back on and give them a spritz.
Follow up with a visual inspection and spritz every oil change. Usually they stay corrosion free.

If it continues to be a problem upgrade to a better battery. I have the yellowtop and love it. Also a little dielectric grease might not be a bad idea.

I had the same issue with my 2020 with only 12K miles. I got tired of cleaning the terminal and solved the problem. Installed a Costco Interstate 24F AGM battery which is direct fit and $159.00. (not including tax and core charge) I put the new battery on a trickle charger once a week to make sure its gets a full charge.

Remove terminals, Clean both sides, Use the battery terminal wire brush, Add Dielectric grease and reassemble.
